App Crashes & Freezing
Is the Kristal Streams app crashing or freezing? Follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
Basic Troubleshooting
Try these quick fixes first:
- Force close the app completely and reopen it
- Restart your device (phone, tablet, TV, etc.)
- Check if other apps are working normally
- Free up storage space on your device (need at least 500MB)
- Close other apps running in the background
Update or Reinstall
Outdated app versions can cause crashes:
- Check for app updates in your device's app store
- Install any pending system software updates
- If updates don't help, uninstall the app completely
- Restart your device after uninstalling
- Download and install the latest version from the app store
Clear App Data
Corrupted cache can cause crashes. Here's how to clear it:
Android:
- Go to Settings → Apps → Kristal Streams
- Tap "Storage" or "Storage & Cache"
- Tap "Clear Cache" first, then "Clear Data" if needed
- You'll need to log in again after clearing data
iOS:
- Go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage
- Find and tap Kristal Streams
- Tap "Offload App" to clear cache while keeping data
- Or "Delete App" to remove everything, then reinstall
Smart TV:
- Navigate to app settings on your TV
- Find Kristal Streams and select it
- Look for "Clear cache" or "Clear data" option
- Restart the TV after clearing
Device Compatibility
Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements:
- Android 8.0 or higher
- iOS 13.0 or higher
- At least 2GB RAM
- 500MB free storage space
- Stable internet connection (10+ Mbps recommended)
Advanced Solutions
If basic troubleshooting doesn't work:
