Browser Settings & Requirements

To stream Kristal Streams, your browser must have:

  • JavaScript enabled (required)
  • Cookies enabled (required for login)
  • Pop-ups allowed for kristalstreams.com
  • Hardware acceleration enabled (recommended)
  • Latest browser version installed
  • Ad blockers disabled or configured to allow our site

Enable Hardware Acceleration

For smooth 4K playback, enable hardware acceleration:

Chrome/Edge:

  1. Go to Settings → System
  2. Enable "Use hardware acceleration when available"
  3. Restart browser

Firefox:

  1. Go to Settings → General
  2. Scroll to Performance
  3. Uncheck "Use recommended performance settings"
  4. Check "Use hardware acceleration when available"

Safari:

Hardware acceleration is enabled by default on Safari.

Troubleshooting Browser Issues

  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • Disable browser extensions temporarily
