Login Problems
Having trouble logging into your Kristal Streams account? Here are solutions to common login issues.
Forgot Your Password?
You can reset your password easily:
- Go to the login page
- Click on "Forgot Password" below the login button
- Enter your registered email address
- Check your email for a password reset link (check spam folder too)
- Click the link and create a new password
- The reset link expires in 24 hours for security
Email Not Recognized
If the system says your email doesn't exist:
- Double-check for typos in your email address
- Try any other email addresses you might have used
- Make sure you're using the email you registered with
- Check if you accidentally created multiple accounts

Account Security Issues
If your account has been locked or suspended:
- Multiple failed login attempts can temporarily lock your account (wait 30 minutes)
- Suspicious activity may trigger a security hold
- Payment issues can suspend access
- Terms of service violations may result in account restrictions
Contact support if you believe your account was locked in error.
Common Login Mistakes
- Make sure Caps Lock is off when entering your password
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different web browser or device
- Disable VPN or proxy if you're using one
- Check that your account subscription is active
- Update your app to the latest version
