Mobile Setup Guide

Get started with Kristal Streams on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device.

iOS (iPhone & iPad)

Download & Install:

  1. Open the App Store on your iOS device
  2. Tap the search icon and type "Kristal Streams"
  3. Find the official Kristal Streams app
  4. Tap "Get" then confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your password
  5. Wait for the download and installation to complete
  6. The app icon will appear on your home screen

First Time Setup:

  1. Tap the Kristal Streams icon to open the app
  2. Allow notifications when prompted (optional but recommended)
  3. Log in with your email and password
  4. Grant any necessary permissions for optimal performance
  5. You're ready to start streaming!

System Requirements: iOS 13.0 or later

Android (Phone & Tablet)

Download & Install:

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap the search bar and type "Kristal Streams"
  3. Select the official Kristal Streams app
  4. Tap "Install"
  5. Accept any required permissions
  6. Wait for installation to complete

First Time Setup:

  1. Tap "Open" from the Play Store or find the app icon
  2. Allow notifications for important updates (optional)
  3. Sign in with your Kristal Streams account
  4. Grant storage and network permissions if prompted
  5. Start watching your favorite content!

System Requirements: Android 8.0 or later

Optimize Your Experience

For the best streaming experience on mobile:

  • Connect to Wi-Fi for HD streaming (uses less mobile data)
  • Enable "Download Quality" in settings to save cellular data
  • Download content over Wi-Fi to watch offline later
  • Adjust video quality based on your connection speed
  • Use headphones or external speakers for better audio
  • Enable Auto-Play to seamlessly continue watching episodes
