Smart TV Setup Guide

Follow these step-by-step instructions to set up Kristal Streams on your Smart TV or streaming device.

Samsung Smart TV

  1. Press the Home button on your remote
  2. Navigate to "Apps" or "Samsung Apps"
  3. Search for "Kristal Streams"
  4. Select the app and click "Install"
  5. Once installed, open the app and log in with your credentials
  6. Start streaming!

LG Smart TV

  1. Press the Home button on your LG Magic Remote
  2. Go to "LG Content Store"
  3. Use the search function to find "Kristal Streams"
  4. Click "Install" to download the app
  5. Launch the app from your home screen
  6. Sign in with your account details

Fire TV / Fire Stick

  1. From the Fire TV home screen, select "Find"
  2. Select "Search"
  3. Type "Kristal Streams" using the on-screen keyboard
  4. Select the Kristal Streams app from search results
  5. Click "Download" or "Get" to install
  6. Once installed, select "Open"
  7. Enter your login credentials

Roku

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll down and select "Streaming Channels"
  3. Select "Search Channels"
  4. Search for "Kristal Streams"
  5. Select the app and choose "Add Channel"
  6. Wait for installation to complete
  7. Return to home screen and open Kristal Streams
  8. Log in to start watching

Apple TV

  1. Open the App Store on your Apple TV
  2. Use the search function to find "Kristal Streams"
  3. Select the app
  4. Click "Get" or the cloud download icon
  5. Once installed, open the app
  6. Sign in with your Kristal Streams account

Chromecast

  1. Install the Kristal Streams app on your phone or tablet
  2. Make sure your Chromecast and mobile device are on the same Wi-Fi network
  3. Open the Kristal Streams app on your mobile device
  4. Look for the Cast icon in the app
  5. Select your Chromecast device from the list
  6. Choose content to stream - it will play on your TV

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Make sure your TV is connected to the internet
  • Restart your TV if the app isn't appearing in the store
  • Check that your TV's software is up to date
  • For best performance, use a wired Ethernet connection
  • If the app won't install, check your TV's storage space
