When We Perform Maintenance

  • Usually during off-peak hours (2 AM - 6 AM local time)
  • Typically on weekdays to minimize impact
  • Emergency maintenance may occur at any time if needed
  • Major updates are scheduled weeks in advance

Notification Policy

  • Major maintenance: 7 days advance notice
  • Minor updates: 48 hours advance notice
  • Emergency maintenance: As soon as possible
  • Notifications sent via email and in-app

What to Expect

  • Most maintenance is completed with zero downtime
  • Occasional brief interruptions may occur
  • You may need to refresh or restart the app
  • Streaming may temporarily pause during updates
  • Login might be briefly unavailable
