We perform regular maintenance to improve our services, add new features, and ensure system reliability. Here's what you need to know:
When We Perform Maintenance
- Usually during off-peak hours (2 AM - 6 AM local time)
- Typically on weekdays to minimize impact
- Emergency maintenance may occur at any time if needed
- Major updates are scheduled weeks in advance
Notification Policy
- Major maintenance: 7 days advance notice
- Minor updates: 48 hours advance notice
- Emergency maintenance: As soon as possible
- Notifications sent via email and in-app
What to Expect
- Most maintenance is completed with zero downtime
- Occasional brief interruptions may occur
- You may need to refresh or restart the app
- Streaming may temporarily pause during updates
- Login might be briefly unavailable
